Learning to live freely from the unbridled grace within her.
MEET ASHLEY
Ashley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Qualified Supervisor, and Owner of Unbridled Grace. She is also a mom of 3 and devoted wife of 11 years.
She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University and then earned her Master’s Degree in counseling from Southeastern University.
During her counseling career, Ashley has worked in multiple private practices and gained experience counseling adolescents, women, men, couples and families. She has led group therapy programs and workshops for young women and couples in crisis.
After her variety of professional experiences, Ashley followed her passion for counseling females and created her own therapy practice, Unbridled Grace. Her therapy services are specifically designed with females in mind.
After having her first baby during Covid, she made the switch to virtual and has never looked back! She exclusively offers telehealth counseling which allows her clients to receive help wherever they are in the state of Florida and in the coziness of their own homes and spaces.
She specializes in helping women who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, pregnancy-related issues, relationship distress, and one of life’s most wonderful and taxing adjustments- motherhood.
Ashley also provides Christian counseling to clients who request it. She loves helping women grow deeper in their faith, finding God’s goodness in the darkest of times, and using their faith as an incredible tool to better their mental health.
In her daily life, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three children (all ages 5 and under!) Reading a good book in the sunshine and yard saling with a coffee in her hand are two of her favorite self-care activities.
“As someone who has walked through my own counseling journey, I know it takes bravery to begin the process. Some of my favorite moments are when I have clients end sessions saying ‘Wow! I feel like I just went to the gym!’ or ‘I can’t believe I waited so long to do this.’ I love being able to give my clients a place to explore their own stories, learn tools they can use to help them live well, and to discover what it means to truly give themselves the grace and care they deserve.”
