unbridled grace counseling
founded by ashley hebert, licensed marriage and family therapist
A woman in today’s culture cannot escape the daily berating of influencers, the picture-perfect Pinterest boards, and the constant comparison to others through social media scrolling. Knowing this reality, Ashley operates her mental health therapy practice rooted in the truth that healing begins when a person is heard and known. She actively steps into the lives of women to help them feel understood and supported. She will stand in your corner, meet you where you’re at, and equip you with tools to help you live a full, healthy life.
Ashley exclusively meets with all of her clients virtually over HIPAA compliant software. While reluctant at first when switching to virtual therapy, Ashley and her clients have found it to have many wonderful benefits! Scheduling is extra convenient for clients in the midst of busy schedules and clients are able to talk in the comfort of their own homes or spaces.
Teen Girls (ages 13-18)
The middle school and high school years are known for shaping and developing a girl’s identity and can reflect how healthy she will grow up to be as an adult.
Young Women (ages 18-25)
The transition after high school and into adulthood is oftentimes the biggest change a young woman has experienced in her life. Research shows that more people are coming to therapy for the first time and being diagnosed with anxiety in their early twenties.
Adult Women (ages 25+)
This stage of life looks different for every woman, but more than ever she’s now able to look in the mirror and see the past hurts she carries, areas that she’s challenged by, and hopefully a desire to learn and love herself better.
“Mama needs a minute.” If you’re a mom, you’ve said it. How about 50 uninterrupted minutes instead though? These sessions are tailored just for mothers and can be scheduled on a monthly or as needed basis.
